WOW. What an amazing hotel. Get the room with the personal onsen and make sure your reservation includes breakfast and dinner for the best experience. The location is serene. The room is clean. The staff is polite and helpful. The FOOD is amazing. The onsen is relaxing. The beach is nearby. Definitely hoping to visit again.

衛生程度很差，我睡了一晚上，床單很髒，手還因此過敏了，客服人員也是沒有一個會說英文，我跟他們說，他們只會一個翻譯手機兌我臉，說他們聽不懂，也無法安排，他們欺騙我們說他們所有的房間都客滿了，但是無論早上還是晚上，就沒有看過一個客人在泡大眾溫泉，這樣的價錢太貴了，就在我們訂完酒店後，他們的酒店就減了半價，我找客服，而且他們說他們的房間是不可更改的不可取消，房型是隨機安排，我網上看了以後評論說每間房都帶有溫泉和晚餐，結果是我花了一萬六睡了一個髒兮兮的房間還不帶餐食和私人風呂。這是我去過環境最差的溫泉旅館，所以大家想訂的時候，請慎重。

環境不錯，乾淨衞生。沒有鋪床服務，就在海邊，晚上可以下去走走逛逛。碼頭上有不少人釣魚。房間裡的溫泉旁有幾衹飛過來的昆蟲，因為後面好像就是山，我捉了幾衹大的。💪（•_•💪）晚霞很美，晚上睡覺躺著還能看到兒時的月亮！圖片直出，沒有修過。停車場不在酒店，這個不方便，過馬路車又多😂

雖然地點有點遠，但性價比高，傳統日式溫泉，每間房有自己獨立私人風呂，也望到海景，房間乾淨整潔舒適非常滿意！酒店晚餐非常美味！十分滿意！

房間面向駿和灣，非常好的海景。在土肥港下船後最近的溫泉旅店，設施很舒適。酒店一樓大堂有固定時間開放的咖啡區，這次因為元旦假期的原因沒能訂到帶餐食的房間，算是一點點小小的遺憾吧，但在入住前招待和確認訊息時會貼心的提供周邊的餐飲訊息和伊豆遊玩的地圖介紹，很值得的一家溫泉酒店。

The hotel's value-added services are very considerate. From when the guests leave the car to when they return to the hotel room and then to the restaurant, all the employees do their best to serve the guests. The meal is full and delicious. Thank you again for your thoughtful arrangement for me and my two friends. I also wish your company a prosperous business. I will also introduce your hotel's services to other friends and recommend that they stay at your hotel!

Very nice hotel with beautiful sea views from the rooms. If you get a chance, get the room with the private onsen on the balcony which is amazing. The public onsen also has an outdoor area with a great view of the sea. The staff were super friendly, helpful and I can only recommend this hotel. About 20 - 25 mins walk to the left of the hotel, you'll also have great views of Mt. Fuji if the weather is good.
